Meditating to Relieve Anxiety and Improve Health


Anxiety can be so hard on our health and yet there’s so much of it these days. We can hardly go through a week without hearing of some disaster somewhere. Then there are problems at work and at home. Just finding a quiet spot to relax can be so challenging. That’s why meditation has become so popular. People really do benefit from it and there are many types of meditation that can help with various issues.

Teacher and mentor, Zhang Xinyue from China believes that as we delve into the topic of creating abundance in our lives, we will learn that peace in our soul can be achieved by meditating each week.

In her book Create Abundance, Zhang Xinyue states, “Abundance is an experience you undergo at the bottom of your heart, and a process in which you make a daily request to the cosmos and receive her compassion and influence. Originating from the wellspring of your soul, it is also the personal dignity every human life was born with.”

Anxiety will begin to subside as we focus on letting go of all stress and worry. It’s easy to start. Find a private place where you can be alone. Try to make this place as restful as possible. This can be done by lighting several candles and putting on some soothing music. Some people fix up one area of their home so they can use it regularly for meditation.

Zhang Xinyue teaches her followers all the fine points of meditation so they can get the most from their time. She helps people learn about the various types of meditation so they can glean benefits from each.
